ProHealth Physicians (Pediatrics), part of Optum, has an immediate opening for a friendly, patient-focused and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team. The Medical Receptionist is responsible for the completion of set processes and protocols. Works cooperatively with all members of the care team to support the vision and mission of the organization, deliver excellent customer service and adhere to Lean processes. Supports the teams in meeting financial, clinical and service goals.
Schedule: Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:45 AM to 5 PM, with one shift per week until 6 PM EST. Rotating Saturdays will be required. Schedule to be determined by manager upon hire.
Location: 546 Cromwell Ave. Rocky Hill, CT. May be required to travel to the Bloomfield location (6 Northwestern Dr. Bloomfield, CT) for coverage, as needed.

The salary range for this role is $16.00 to $28.85 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
