• Experience within a medical office or billing department preferred.
• Knowledge of patient billing and medical terminology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurate registration, co-pay collection and scheduling of patients within the practices.
• Assist internal and external customers with all clerical tasks within the office.
• Provide positive patient experience from screening calls to end of visit.
