The Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients and establishing a friendly and positive intake and check-out experience for each patient visit. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to changes in staffing levels and patient volumes. The Medical Receptionist manages patient flow, answers phones promptly and courteously, and handles scheduling, registration, billing, and payment collection activities in accordance with all applicable policies and procedures. They will learn and understand diversified insurance plans and medical terminology.
