Job summary

Woodcreek Provider Services is seeking a Medical Receptionist to support pediatric patient care at our Gig Harbor clinic. You will be the first contact for patients, manage front desk workflow, schedule visits, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Woodcreek Provider Services is seeking Medical Receptionists to support high-quality pediatric patient care at our Gig Harbor clinic.

We’re looking for dependable, patient-focused team members who thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced clinical environment.

Current Openings

Hire #1 (1.0 FTE, 40 hrs/week) Monday - Friday | 8 AM - 5 PM; with one Saturday shift every 6 weeks
Home clinic: Gig Harbor

Compensation

Pay Range:$20.27 – $25.89 per hour
Hiring Range:$20.27 – $31.51 per hour (typical starting range)

Actual compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and internal equity. The hiring range reflects where most new hires are placed.
