We’re on the lookout for a friendly and flexible Business Services Representative to join our outpatient team, floating between Pediatrics and Adult Medicine offices. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face (and voice!) for our patients—greeting them warmly, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and making sure their visit gets off to a smooth start. You’ll also handle key business tasks like patient registration, insurance verification, collecting copays, managing referrals, and providing general clerical support to keep things running seamlessly behind the scenes.
This is a float position, so you’ll travel between different locations, sometimes within the same day. Reliable transportation is essential, as you’ll be supporting both our Pediatrics and Adult Medicine offices based on daily needs.
