Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center, is hiring an on-call Medical Receptionist for our Lacey Medical Clinic. The receptionist will process patient information, schedule appointments, and contact patients by phone.

Must communicate effectively, be sensitive to patient needs, and maintain a high level of professionalism while multitasking with basic office software. Minimum one year in a medical setting is required; HS diploma or GED is required; medical

Qualifications

• Minimum one-year experience in a medical setting.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Medical terminology preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, computer and typing skills are required.
• Excellent verbal, customer service, and written skills necessary.
• Good organizational skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Process patient information and schedule medical appointments.
• Contact patients by phone and relay messages for Sea Mar.
