Who we are:

Advanced Behavioral Solutions Management, Inc. (ABSM) is an early-stage medical practice management company providing innovative treatments for mood disorders. Launched in December 2021, ABSM partners with clinics on the right side of the mental health crisis, focusing on physician-led practices with excellent patient experiences and outcomes. We have acquired New York Ketamine Infusions (NYKI), the largest ketamine infusion practice in the U.S. with 3 NYC Metro locations, and Tennessee Ketamine and Wellness Center in Nashville, TN.

Location:

Franklin, TN - Part-time

The Right Person:

Will perform routine administrative and clinical tasks supporting physicians and patients at the facility.

Responsibilities
Role and Responsibilities
  • Welcoming and greeting patients in person and by phone
  • Collecting payments and offering financing options
  • Updating patient information in the EMR
  • Obtaining necessary patient paperwork
  • Scheduling appointments, transferring calls, and taking messages
  • Keeping the reception area clean and organized
  • Facilitating patient flow and notifying providers of patient arrivals
  • Answering patient inquiries
  • Reporting issues to the appropriate staff
  • Room patients and assist in the back office as needed
  • Assist patients to their vehicles as needed
  • Stock supplies as requested
Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Medical assistant certification/diploma is a plus
Preferred Skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Computer literacy, including EMRs, MS Word, and Excel
  • Ability to work with diverse populations; bilingual/bicultural preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Support the mission and goals of the organization
