Launched in December 2021, ABSM partners with clinics on the right side of the mental health crisis, focusing on physician-led practices with excellent patient experiences and outcomes. We have acquired New York Ketamine Infusions (NYKI), the largest ketamine infusion practice in the U.S. with 3 NYC Metro locations, and Tennessee Ketamine and Wellness Center in Nashville, TN.

Location:

Franklin, TN - Part-time

The Right Person:

Will perform routine administrative and clinical tasks supporting physicians and patients at the facility.

Responsibilities

Role and Responsibilities

• Welcoming and greeting patients in person and by phone
• Collecting payments and offering financing options
• Updating patient information in the EMR
• Obtaining necessary patient paperwork
• Scheduling appointments, transferring calls, and taking messages
• Keeping the reception area clean and organized
• Facilitating patient flow and notifying providers of patient arrivals
• Answering patient inquiries
• Reporting issues to the appropriate staff
• Room patients and assist in the back office as needed
• Assist patients to their vehicles as needed
• Stock supplies as requested

Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Medical assistant certification/diploma is a plus

Preferred Skills

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Computer literacy, including EMRs, MS Word, and Excel
• Ability to work with diverse populations; bilingual/bicultural preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
