Job Summary

The Medical Receptionist/Medical Assistant greets patients, manages patient files, and provides basic clinical care aligned with their medical education.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly and assist with registration and check-out processes
• Answer phones, file, fax, scan, and handle patient callbacks
• Verify insurance, process payments, and document patient information
• Communicate wait times and treatment steps to patients
• Assist with clinical procedures and documentation
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Handle cash and check reconciliations and deposits
• Follow safety procedures and ensure professional appearance

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of clerical experience in a medical setting
