Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and register patients, update demographics, verify insurance, and maintain records in the EMR.
• Answer telephone calls, record messages, and redirect calls as needed.
• Collect patient payments and manage payment transactions.
• Assist with faxes, emails, and office organization.
• Maintain a clean, professional environment and welcoming waiting area.
