Join to apply for the Medical Receptionist (Full-Time) role at Allergy & Asthma Associates of Northern California.

Busy Medical Practice seeking a highly motivated Medical Receptionist.

This is a full-time position with medical and dental, vision benefits, term life insurance, 401K, paid time off, and paid holidays after 90 days of hire. Minimum one year experience within a multi-physician medical practice is required. Able to work on Wednesday evening and Saturday morning rotations.

  • Strong knowledge of Insurance benefits.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must work quickly, accurately, and independently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Self-starter, self-motivated, and highly accountable.
  • Team player.
  • Have a positive, friendly demeanor at all times and willingness to go above & beyond.
  • Professional, reliable, and responsible.
  • Experience with Computerized Scheduling, Computerized Check-In, Authorization Requests, and strong insurance knowledge is a huge plus.
  • Knowledge of Epic is a plus.
