Job description

Integrity Urgent Care is seeking a qualified Front Office Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in ensuring each patient receives high-quality care. Your responsibilities include providing friendly and efficient service while maintaining professionalism.

Projected timeline for Princeton's opening:

  • On-Site interviews: 06/30/2025
  • Training to begin: 07/28/2025
  • Opening day: 08/18/2025

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and checking in patients accurately, including collecting co-pays and obtaining registration information
  • Maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information to protect patient rights
  • Managing patient flow and the lobby area
  • Answering calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to inquiries
  • Collaborating with healthcare providers for seamless patient care
  • Keeping the front desk clean and organized

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records
  • 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • BLS certification preferred
  • Familiarity with insurance data preferred
