Trinity Health PACE – LIFE at St Mary in Feasterville, PA is hiring a Medical Receptionist to provide administrative support at the front desk. You will greet visitors, handle calls, manage records, and assist with data entry while upholding safety and infection control standards.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Medical office experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.

Mansioni

• Act as front desk receptionist and first point of contact via incoming calls to the center.
• Prepare routine and special reports by gathering, compiling, and formatting data from multiple sources.
• Provide accurate information regarding agency services to participants, families, community partners, and the public.
• Maintain participant identification records, attendance tracking, and related documentation.
• Provide administrative support and serve as backup to the Administrative Assistant during planned and unplanned absences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by professionally greeting, assisting, and directing visitors.
• Adhere to all safety, security, infection control, and hazardous materials policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe environment for participants, staff, visitors, and facility property through compliance with established safety standards.
