Base pay range

$38,000.00/yr - $45,800.00/yr

Position Overview

The Receptionist receives and routes incoming and outgoing calls, greets visitors, and performs administrative tasks. The role involves working on routine assignments, operating multi-line phones, maintaining logs, and supporting administrative activities such as scheduling and mail handling. Decisions are made within established guidelines, working under close supervision.

Home Base Clinic: 3209 W Camp Wisdom Rd, Dallas, TX 75237

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel to clinics across Dallas/Fort Worth as required.
  • Support clinic operations at multiple locations.
  • Document travel activities and clinic needs.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure quality patient care.
  • Reimbursements for travel expenses.
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience in healthcare or a customer service background preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with value-based care models.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and EMR systems.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Additional Information

This role is patient-facing and part of the TB screening program. TB testing will be required if selected.
