Base pay range

$38,000.00/yr - $45,800.00/yr

The Receptionist receives and correctly routes incoming and outgoing telephone calls and accommodates visitors so that all callers/visitors are attended to promptly, courteously, and accurately. The Receptionist performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.

The Receptionist operates a switchboard or multi-line phone and maintains long distance call logs. Takes and distributes accurate messages. Greets visitors, determines the nature of their visit, issues visitor passes, maintains visitor logs, alerts appropriate parties of visitor arrival or directs visitors to the correct office or department. Responds to routine inquiries from internal or external sources such as organization location, hours, contact details. Additional responsibilities include booking meeting rooms, typing, organizing and distributing mail, and handling courier packages. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities, and timing, working under close supervision within established policies and guidelines.

Location: Home Base Clinic: 3209 W Camp Wisdom Rd, Dallas, TX 75237

Key Responsibilities

• Travel to various clinics across the Dallas/Fort Worth market as required.
• Provide support and services at multiple clinic locations to ensure operational efficiency.
• Document and report travel activities and clinic-specific requirements.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to maintain high-quality patient care.
• Reimbursements for mileage and travel expenses incurred while on duty.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years experience in Healthcare preferred; strong Customer Service background in Retail, Hospitality, Call Centers considered.
• Passion for contributing to patient experience and care improvement.
• Excellent customer service and phone etiquette.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with value-based care models.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
• Experience with EMR systems.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

This role is patient-facing and part of the TB screening program; TB screening is required upon selection.
