Urology Associates of Cape Cod is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to join our in-person team in Yarmouth Port, MA. You will greet patients, verify demographics, collect copays, and keep our front desk running smoothly.

We value clear communication, accuracy, and a collaborative spirit. No nights or weekends, a stable weekday schedule, and a supportive physician-led environment with on-site training.

Qualifications

• Previous medical receptionist or healthcare office experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers and office software.
• Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) or another electronic medical record, and familiarity with medical terminology, is a plus.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude; able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and assist with the check-in process.
• Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
• Collect copayments and process payments.
• Ensure all required patient forms and documentation are completed accurately.
• Maintain accurate patient information in our electronic medical record, eClinicalWorks (eCW).
• Communicate effectively with physicians, clinical staff, and patients.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Keep the reception area organized and welcoming.
• Assist with general administrative duties to support daily office operations.
