MaxHealth in Hialeah is looking to hire a full-time Front Office Representative to assist with check-in and check-out functions, collecting co-payments, scheduling patients, answering phones, and providing excellent customer service overall. As a Front Office Representative, you are essential in ensuring we deliver focused and empathetic patient care. You will greet patients warmly upon arrival, schedule appointments, assist with forms or paperwork, and maintain confidentiality throughout your daily tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A FRONT OFFICE REPRESENTATIVE

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in computer software including Word, Outlook, and facility management systems; EMR/EHR experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful.
