Schedule and Locations:

• Monday and Wednesday - CVR Fairfax Clinic
• Tuesday and Thursday - CVR Alexandria Clinic
• 7 AM - 5:30 PM
• Four 10-hour shifts

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients in a friendly and professional manner and check in/out
• Ensure all CVR policies and procedures are understood and followed by staff
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and accurate input of patient data into NextGen
• Review scheduling, financial responsibilities, and referrals with patients
• Send precertification forms daily to the Precertification Department for required authorizations
• Complete daily close tasks including billing and operative notes
• Review future schedules for patient preauthorization
• Obtain and update patient forms in NextGen/EHR
• Collect necessary paperwork such as authorizations and referrals
• Collect copays and balances at the time of service
• Schedule and confirm appointments, and gather patient email addresses

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish speaking) required
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in healthcare
• Reliable transportation to clinics not accessible by public transit
• Willingness to travel to CVR Fairfax and Alexandria Clinics
