Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team in Mt. Juliet, TN. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in medical receptionist tasks (patient check-in, insurance verification, etc.) within a healthcare setting. Flexible availability is preferred.
About Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care: With 18 locations across Tennessee, Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care is part of Urgent Team, which operates over 83 urgent and family care centers under seven brands in the Southeast. Our centers offer a variety of healthcare services, including injury and illness treatment, occupational health, and wellness care. We are open seven days a week, with hours varying by day. All centers are Accredited Care Centers, recognized for safety, quality, and scope of services.
Job Summary: The Medical Receptionist will greet patients, activate patient files, and support both patients and medical staff. Full-time team members work a rotating schedule of 36-40 hours per week, including 12-hour weekday shifts and every-other weekend. PRN team members work as needed.
