Candidates should have at least one year of experience in medical receptionist duties such as patient check-in and insurance verification. Flexible availability is preferred.
With 18 locations across Tennessee, Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care is part of Urgent Team, a leading provider of urgent and family care in the Southeast, operating over 83 centers under seven brands. Our walk-in centers offer a variety of healthcare services, including treatment for injuries and illnesses, occupational health, and wellness care. We are open seven days a week with hours from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays, and varying hours on weekends. All centers are Accredited Care Centers, emphasizing our commitment to safety and quality.
The Medical Receptionist greets patients, manages patient files, and supports both patients and staff. Full-time shifts are 36-40 hours per week, including 12-hour weekday shifts and alternating weekends. PRN staff work as needed.
