Eyetastic Services is seeking a friendly receptionist to be the first point of contact for patients in our optometric practice in West Haven, CT. You will greet clients, answer phones, manage appointments, and assist at checkout with contact lens sales.

No prior experience is required; we welcome candidates from medical receptionist backgrounds. We value reliability, communication, punctuality, and attention to detail in patient care. This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Handle front desk operations, including answering phones and managing appointments
• Assist with annual supply sales of contact lenses and other products at checkout
• Support a smooth and welcoming environment for all visitors

Benefits

• $18 - $25 per hour, depending on experience
• Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with a half-day on Wednesday (until noon)
