Medical Receptionist (Part-Time)

Green Health Docs is one of the nation's leading providers of medical cannabis evaluations, helping patients access alternative treatment options through compassionate, patient-centered care. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Medical Receptionist to join our Tacoma, Washington clinic.

Pay

$17.13-$18.00 per hour

Schedule

• Part-time
• 1-2 days per week working in our Tacoma clinic
• Flexible scheduling available

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients with professionalism and compassion
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments

• Provide exceptional customer service to every patient

Preferred:

• Medical receptionist or healthcare office experience
• Front desk or administrative experience
• Sales, outreach, or business development experience
• Experience with scheduling software or electronic medical records (EMR/EHR)
