  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously
  • Greet and assist clients and visitors upon arrival
  • Accurately process client payments
  • Schedule and modify client appointments
  • Make appointment reminder calls
  • Maintain and update client records
  • Secure office at the end of each workday as needed
  • Provide back-up support for office and administrative tasks
  • Assist with other duties to support daily operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of reception experience
  • Medical office experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
