Job Summary

We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team! As a Medical Receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting patients, checking them in, and managing patient files or obtaining new patient information. You will also answer phone calls, direct them appropriately, mail or fax documentation, and maintain accurate medical and correspondence records. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possesses strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and works well independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  2. Assess their needs and check them in
  3. Retrieve medical records or take new patient histories
  4. Answer calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries
