At Complete Care, we're transforming the injury recovery experience by making every step of the patient journey faster, smarter, and more compassionate. As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a vital role in helping patients access the care they need while creating an experience built on empathy, efficiency, and trust.

As the first and often last person our patients interact with, you'll help remove barriers to care by coordinating appointments, supporting provider-directed treatment plans, and ensuring every interaction reflects the exceptional experience our patients deserve. Your work helps patients begin healing sooner, stay engaged in their care, and recover with confidence.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone beginning or growing a career in healthcare who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, embraces continuous learning, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service every day.

If you're dependable, organized, compassionate, and energized by helping both patients and teammates succeed, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome patients and create a positive first impression during every visit.
  • Coordinate timely scheduling across multiple healthcare services to help patients access care quickly and stay on track with their recovery.
  • Perform appointment reminders, compliance calls, and proactive outreach that supports patient engagement and continuity of care.
  • Collect and verify insurance, demographic, and referral information accurately to support seamless patient care.
  • Help patients understand appointments, payment expectations, and next steps with empathy and professionalism.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation within the electronic medical record (EHR).
  • Partner with providers, imaging teams, and administrative staff to deliver a seamless patient experience from start to finish.
  • Support insurance authorization workflows and proactively follow up on outstanding approvals to reduce delays in care.
  • Help identify and remove barriers that could impact a patient's ability to receive timely treatment.
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional front office environment.
  • Look for opportunities to improve workflows, embrace new technology, and enhance the patient experience.

You'll Thrive Here If You Are...

  • Driven—You move with purpose and understand that helping patients quickly can make a meaningful difference in their recovery.
  • Organized—You excel at balancing multiple priorities without sacrificing quality or accuracy.
  • Accurate—You know that every detail contributes to exceptional patient care.
  • Innovative—You're curious, embrace new ideas, and enjoy finding better ways to work.
  • Collaborative—You believe exceptional care happens when great teams work together.
  • Compassionate—You build trust by treating every patient with empathy, dignity, and respect.
  • Adaptable—You thrive in an environment where priorities evolve and continuous improvement is encouraged.
