• Prepare and maintain daily check-out sheets for patient visits.
• Ensure documentation is completed and filed appropriately.
• Respond to calls and voicemails with inquiries and information.
• Route calls to appropriate staff when needed.
• Monitor and manage patient messages across channels.

Position Overview

We are seeking a full-time Medical Receptionist to join our growing multidisciplinary team. As a very busy practice with a high volume of patients each day, our Medical Receptionist plays an essential hands-on role in keeping the patient experience smooth, supportive, and efficient. You’ll be active, engaged, and frequently on your feet throughout the day, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic, team-oriented environment.

Major Roles

• Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring optimal scheduling to minimize wait times.
• Verify patient information and insurance details prior to appointments.
• Review patient accounts for outstanding balances and communicate with patients regarding payment options.
• Assist in the collection of payments and manage billing inquiries.
