Job Details

Position: Front Desk Medical Receptionist (On-site)
Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week

About Us

Podiatry Associates is a fast-growing, fast-paced environment, looking to hire a great Front Desk Medical Receptionist for our growing team! Founded in 1996, we have six locations across the Denver metro area. We specialize in proactive foot and ankle treatment, including early surgical intervention, to help people get back to doing what they love. Our locations include Parker, Castle Pines, Cherry Creek, Denver, and Aurora, with specialties in Podiatry and physical therapy.

Responsibilities
  • Checking-in/Checking-out patients
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Navigating patients through paperwork before their appointment
  • Organizing patient flow to keep appointments on schedule
  • Coordinating issues with Doctors about appointments
  • Collecting payments from patients
  • Stocking supplies for the operation of the business
  • Sorting and sending mail
  • Answering and routing phone calls
Qualifications
  • At least one year of Medical Customer Service experience (preferred)
  • At least one year of Computer Skills (Microsoft 365, Teams) (preferred)
  • Experience in Medical Scheduling (at least one year)
  • Highly organized and able to keep up with demands
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Flexibility to rotate among all locations throughout the week

Additional leadership opportunities are available for candidates with leadership experience.
