Our busy practice is looking for an experience Medical Receptionist to join our team!

Duties:

  • Answer incoming calls on a busy multiple line phone system
  • Schedule patient appointments
  • Check patients in and out using electronic medical record software
  • Additional administrative tasks as needed
  • Provide patients with excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Excellent computer and math skills

Job Type:

  • Full-time: M-F Flexible between 7:45a-5p

  • 2 years in customer service related roles

Pay:

  • Pay starts at $18.00 and increases based on years of experience
