Responsibilities:

• Collect Patient Demographics
• Distribute Forms and Paperwork
• Verify Insurance and Document Information
• Schedule Appointments
• Enter Data into Electronic Health Records
• Answer and Forward Calls, Voicemails, and Emails
• Pre-register Patients for Smooth Flow
• Collect Co-pays and Reconcile Funds
• Perform Clerical Duties (ordering, scanning, shredding, faxing)
• Maintain a Clean and Organized Facility
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 1+ Year Receptionist Experience, Medical Receptionist Experience a Plus
• Proficiency in Computer Systems and Software
