Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is looking for a Medical Reception Supervisor to oversee the Medical Records and Medical Reception staff, collaborating with office leadership and the Practice Manager to ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality service.
You will supervise daily operations, manage scheduling and timekeeping, step in as a receptionist when needed, and help develop clinical protocols to meet regulatory requirements while supporting staff and patient satisfaction.
