Job summary

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is seeking a friendly Medical Receptionist to welcome patients, verify information, and support scheduling and billing in a fast-paced, patient-centered office in Ann Arbor, MI. The role is full-time, day shift, with a focus on exceptional service, accurate data entry, and coordination with clinicians to ensure a smooth patient experience and timely care.

Prior experience in medical or customer service settings is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or valid work permit.
• Course work in insurance/billing or medical practice education or seminars are preferred, but not required.
• 1-2 years of experience in a medical or customer service setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver Outstanding Service to Every Patient!

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group is looking for a customer-focused Medical Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for patients, helping create a positive experience while supporting efficient office operations and exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do

• Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and compassion.

General Requirements

• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 1-2 years of experience in a medical or physician office or customer service environment preferred.
