Job summary
Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC seeks a Training Coordinator to support healthcare and emergency medical training for DoD partners. You will help design, deliver, and evaluate courses across USAFSAM and related mission partners, ensuring compliance with military medical readiness standards.
The role requires nursing expertise, strong communication, and ability to work with Air Force and government stakeholders. Remote work is allowed within the Continental United States with periodic travel.
Qualifications
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and an active RN license.
- BLS and ALS certifications required or equivalent.
- Experience designing and delivering healthcare/training programs.
Responsibilities
- Provide educational/training support for nursing and EMT contexts.
- Analyze training programs and performance metrics to improve outcomes.
- Coordinate scheduling and delivery of healthcare trainings across USAFSAM and DoW partners.
- Ensure compliance with Air Force medical readiness standards and policies.
- Develop and monitor continuing nursing and medical education credits.
