Job summary

Advent seeks a Training Program Administrator in St. Louis, MO on-site to support the Air Force Reserve Command's Mercy Health trauma and medical readiness training program.

You will coordinate schedules, maintain rosters, and work with military leaders and Mercy Health educators to ensure didactic and hands-on clinical training. The role requires an undergraduate degree in healthcare administration or business, at least five years in healthcare administration, and knowledge of Air Force

Qualifications

• Undergrad degree in Healthcare Administration or business.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare administrator experience or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of Air Force and professional standards.
• Familiarity with military and civilian policies and procedures.
• Must be willing to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before start.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and program support for the Air Force Reserve Command's Mercy Health trauma and medical readiness training program.
• Coordinate training schedules for military personnel across Mercy Health locations and maintain monthly training rosters.
• Collaborate with military leadership and Mercy Health educators to support didactic and hands-on clinical training.
• Coordinate simulation lab scheduling and other training resources for Reserve personnel.
• Collect, review, and maintain After Action Reports and participant surveys; report results in staff meetings.
• Provide administrative support to military staff including correspondence, filing, database maintenance, and office supplies.
• Coordinate first-day registration activities (badges, scrubs, rosters, documentation).
• Develop and maintain the annual training schedule and coordinate with Reserve units for deadlines.
• Update TAAs/MOAs/MOUs with civilian universities and military partners.
• Coordinate informational tours for dignitaries and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and security on access and badge control.
• Maintain Reserve medical training contacts and capabilities rosters.
• Complete Mercy Health's annual tour orientation within 60 days.
