Job summary

Switchback Medical LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator in Minneapolis to support the Program Management team. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, invoicing and documentation to keep programs organized and on track.

You'll assist with meeting coordination, site visits, and maintaining project files while ensuring accuracy in financial data and timely follow-ups. Prior experience in medical device environments is a plus.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of project schedules, budgets and basic project management concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, charts and data validation); proficient with Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Experience with MS Project or similar scheduling tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams and ERP systems; document control in regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track project spend against approved budgets and report variances to the Program Lead.
• Support review of customer invoicing against project budget and quotes.
• Maintain records of purchase orders, change orders and vendor quotes.
• Coordinate scheduling, meetings and project documentation to keep programs on track.
