Mount Carmel Health System is seeking a Coordinator Medical Practice – Operations in Columbus, OH. The role reports to the provider, Manager, and RN Clinical Lead and focuses on planning, organizing, and directing daily patient flow in alignment with organizational standards and policies. Qualificações

• Two years of practice experience required.
• Leadership of staff preferred.
• Knowledge of business office and clinical care coordination is important.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with patient inquiries and prescription calls.
• Interview, evaluate, train and support office staff.
• Create and maintain staffing schedules.
• Coordinate office activities to ensure smooth patient flow.
• Implement policies and procedures via management.
• Provide excellent customer service and identify process improvements.
• Review reports and escalate concerns.
