Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast paced multi-physician practice environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in managing revenue cycle, billing processes and staff in a hospital/ambulatory setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the revenue cycle for physician billing and related activities.
• Supervise FGP staff, front desk, project coordinator and billing coordinator.
• Ensure timely billing and collections and monitor performance against targets.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures and reporting mechanisms.
