Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient workflow and address operational issues.
• Lead and manage administrative, clinical, and support staff including recruitment, training and scheduling.
• Manage the care center’s financial health: budgeting, billing, payroll and expenses.
• Develop and implement growth initiatives including marketing and consumer engagement.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and legal requirements.
• Coordinate patient care flow and satisfaction and implement improvements.
