Qualifications

• Experience in medical practice operations or healthcare management.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record/practice management systems and standard office technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily practice operations and ensure the office is prepared and functioning appropriately each day.
• Lead front-office and back-office teams on a daily basis and establish clear daily expectations.
• Monitor patient flow, delays, bottlenecks, and scheduling issues to improve efficiency.
• Ensure appropriate staff coverage, onboarding, training, and compliance with policies.
• Maintain HIPAA, OSHA, privacy, and other applicable compliance requirements.
• Support Operations Manager with initiatives and reporting to improve performance.
