UVM Health - Central Vermont Medical Center is seeking an Operations Support Specialist to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the medical practice. Under the Practice Manager's guidance, you support providers, administrative and nursing staff, resolve concerns, and uphold confidentiality and policy compliance.

You will coordinate workflows, assist with throughput, and participate in revenue cycle and practice support activities essential to delivering high-quality patient care.

Formación

• Experience leading a healthcare administrative team or equivalent.
• Understanding of practice operations and confidentiality requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the medical practice.
• Serve as primary resource for providers and staff to address concerns.
• Support workflow and maintain confidentiality in accordance with policies.
