Established in 1998, Boston Neurobehavioral Associates provides comprehensive outpatient behavioral health and psychiatric care to all ages across multiple states including Massachusetts, Florida, Rhode Island, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, and Maryland.

Led by Dr. Mohammad Munir, our team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychologists, therapists, neuropsychologists, and other medical professionals collaborate to offer individualized care for a broad range of mental health conditions such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, insomnia, ADHD, and OCD.

Our mission is to spread awareness about mental health stigma and provide accessible, high-quality psychiatric care aimed at improving patients' quality of life.

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager in New Jersey

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare or related medical fields
• Management experience
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Daily Activities and Job Responsibilities

Administrative Assistant Role:

1. Manage patient appointments and send reminders.
2. Gather and update patient information confidentially.
3. Handle financial transactions and billing inquiries.
4. Provide excellent customer service and address patient concerns.
5. Perform administrative tasks like filing and record-keeping.

Intake Coordinator Role:

• Schedule appointments and communicate delays.
• Assist with patient documentation and data verification.
• Support payment processing and account follow-up.

Marketing Coordinator Role:

• Engage with potential practice partners.
• Maintain contact records and follow up on leads.
