Position

We are seeking candidates with relevant qualifications and experience to fill a Research Analyst position.

Qualifications / Experience
  • A Master's Degree, preferably in public policy, economics, healthcare management, public health, or statistics
  • 2+ years of progressively responsible work experience in healthcare research, health policy analysis, and/or public sector consulting
  • Preference for candidates familiar with Medicare Part D, Medicare alternative and prospective payment systems, or working knowledge of Medicare or Medicaid
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Attention to detail and strong critical thinking, organizational, listening, and communication skills
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely, verbally and in writing
  • Effective task prioritization, time management, quick learning, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Familiarity with database manipulation and analysis using SAS, Python, R, etc. (preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access (preferred)
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Preparing summary tables and charts, interpreting findings, and summarizing in reports and presentations
  • Conducting literature reviews and synthesizing findings
  • Summarizing public comments on CMS proposed rules
  • Managing and coordinating projects with clients, including communication, report preparation, and administrative support
  • Assisting with proposal preparations
