Job summary

VNA Health Group is hiring a Full-Time Physical Therapist to deliver in-home and community-based physical therapy services. You will help patients regain mobility, improve quality of life, and achieve rehabilitation goals in a supportive team environment.

Up to $10,000 sign-on bonus available for those who qualify. Required NJ Physical Therapy License with 2–3 years of clinical or community experience preferred.

Qualifications

• NJ Physical Therapy License required (New Jersey)
• 2–3 years of clinical or community PT experience preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills
• Ability to drive to in-home/community visits as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based physical therapy services
