Job summary

ProHealth Partners in Lakewood, CA is seeking a Medical Phone Operator to support a busy clinical office. This full-time, direct-hire role offers standard clinic hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm.

Pay ranges from $23–$25 per hour, with responsibilities including patient inquiries, appointment coordination, and insurance verification. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of experience managing clinical phone lines, be bilingual, and possess knowledge of medical terminology and insurance

We are seeking a Medical Phone Operator to support our busy clinical office in Lakewood, CA.

Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5:30pm
