What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage all internal and external referrals to Medical Oncology and schedule initial consultations
- Assist patients with completing necessary intake paperwork and create new patient charts
- Conduct insurance checks prior to scheduling to ensure in-network eligibility
- Maintain accurate daily records of new patient tracking for the administrative team
- Communicate effectively with referring physicians and maintain patient privacy in adherence to HIPAA guidelines

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in an Inbound Specialist, Support Services Specialist II, Clinical POC, or Medical Assistant role
- Excellent customer service capabilities with a caring and compassionate demeanor
- Ability to work well under pressure in a high-paced, production-oriented environment
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency in commonly used computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with medications used for chronic conditions and advanced treatments
- Experience in patient care or oncology-related roles
