This role involves providing services to enhance customer relations by responding to patients' needs, supervising office staff, and overseeing orientation and training. The manager implements new quality assurance initiatives and monitors outcomes to sustain improvements. Additionally, they are responsible for operationalizing strategic initiatives to support the Medical Group Strategy.
