Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls professionally and assists caller needs.
• Greets patients and visitors promptly and courteously.
• Checks-in patients, updates medical records, and collects copays.
• Assists patients with ambulatory needs and provides clear service.
• Schedules appointments, processes referrals and pre-certifications.
• Files charts and coordinates lab work as requested.
• Sorts and delivers mail and other correspondence.
• Maintains a neat, orderly work area and respects confidentiality.
• Supports team goals through reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Attends meetings and participates in site quality improvement activities.
