Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a medical office or healthcare administrative role.
• 1–2 years supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology, billing, and insurance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front office and clinical support staff and oversee daily operations.
• Oversee scheduling and patient access to optimize provider productivity.
• Address patient concerns with professionalism and empathy and ensure high service levels.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA/SOX compliance and coordinate with billing for accurate coding and claims.
• Manage practice management systems (EHR/EMR) and coordinate IT issues.
