The Practice Manager is responsible for ensuring their centers meet company objectives, goals, and KPIs.

Schedule and Locations:
  • Monday - Administrative Work-from-home Day
  • Tuesday - Friday - CVR Glastonbury or Middletown Clinic
  • 7 AM - 5:30 PM
Job Duties:
  • Recruit and hire staff for assigned clinics
  • Manage assigned offices within budget, including supply costs
  • Oversee daily staffing and operations
  • Manage scheduling and capacity
  • Partner with Clinical Directors
  • Drive clinic revenue to meet/exceed goals
  • Ensure physician satisfaction and communication
  • Implement operational policies and procedures
  • Enforce compliance with policies
  • Complete administrative tasks timely
  • Provide coverage as needed
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience in healthcare administration/management or a fast-paced customer service environment
  • At least 1 year supervisory experience
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel to CVR Glastonbury and Middletown clinics
Qualifications:
  • Ability to make independent decisions affecting operations
  • Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry
  • Flexible schedule and responsibilities
