Key duties include answering and directing calls on a multi-line system, greeting visitors, verifying insurance, scheduling clinic and outpatient appointments, processing paperwork, and providing general office

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong computer, typing, grammar, punctuation, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency with multi-line phone systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and staff.
• Previous medical office or healthcare experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Greet clients and visitors at the front desk in a professional and friendly manner.
• Verify insurance coverage and collect/update client information.
• Schedule medical clinic and outpatient appointments.
• Process, prepare, and mail paperwork and forms.
• Provide general office support, including data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
