Job summary

Premise Health is seeking a Full Time Medical Office Receptionist to support Bass Pro Shops employees at our Springfield Health Center. You’ll manage front desk duties, schedules, and patient flow with professionalism.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Organizes and maintains a filing system for patient charts and schedules appointment data.
• Answers telephone, triages or directs callers to appropriate personnel.
• Schedules appointments and updates the computerized scheduler.
• Conducts reminder calls to patients and greets visitors.
• Registers patients, updates records, and coordinates referrals.
• Prepares billing in the computerized system and processes payments.
• Looks for ways to improve quality and demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
