Penn State Health is seeking a Medical Office Associate for Orthopedics General. You will provide front office support, manage patient intake, scheduling, registrations, and payments, and assist with inquiries.
The role involves handling communications and coordinating patient care in a fast-paced clinic. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of medical office experience, with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Provides front office support to clinical operations. Works with a diverse patient population to ensure accuracy of patient intake, registration, payments, and scheduling. Routinely answers phone calls and provides assistance to inquiries. Must be detail oriented with good interpersonal and customer service skills. Works under the daily supervision of the Practice Site Manager and/or assigned staff.
